Policies
• Services may be denied for any reason
• Authorization waiver must be signed by client
• Client must be at least 18 years old and in good health
• Any changes in health or if pregnant, you must report it to the technician prior to any treatment
• Services will not be performed on Pregnant or Nursing mothers
• Prepayment is required for all services
• There is a 3% fee for Credit Card Processing. No processing fees for Debit, Venmo, Cash App, Cash or Check
• Credit Card information is kept on file for No show and late cancellations
• To avoid the $50 Cancellation fee, Please provide 24 hour notice.
